The month of June brings us to the midpoint of 2026, the year that was declared to be, “The Year of the Big Fix!”. It’s a year to reset, restore and rebuild! A year of restoration and healing; where the Lord Himself is actively moving to complete every good work He has begun in us!
Philippians 1:6 says, “And I am convinced and sure of this very thing, that He Who began a good work in you will continue until the day of Jesus Christ [right up to the time of His return], developing [that good work] and perfecting and bringing it to full completion in you.” (AMPC).
A huge part of this restoration and moving full steam ahead into God’s perfecting His good work in us, has to do with us being aware of the time and season we are living in. There is a sense of urgency for every believer to be in a position where what is true of our redeemed re-born spirits is being manifest in the way we live out our transformed lives!
Jesus criticised the religious leaders of His day for not recognising the times or seasons and as a result - they missed the time of their visitation. (Luke 19:44).
We can certainly avoid repeating history in this regard. Through paying attention to the Word of God, with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we are able to recognise the time and season we are living in and the strategy of the enemy concerning us.
Our enemy, the devil, is determined to draw us out of fellowship with God and obedience to His ways. He will do whatever he can to distract us from our intimacy with the Lord and our obedience to His leading - so that our lives are open to compromise. The danger of allowing what is not of the flow of God into our lives is that it leads to a seared conscience and a hardened heart towards the Lord. The result is a faith that is shipwrecked.
1 Timothy 1:19 says, “Holding fast to faith (that leaning of the entire human personality on God in absolute trust and confidence) and having a good (clear) conscience. By rejecting and thrusting from them [their conscience], some individuals have made shipwreck of their faith.”
Dearest partners, this is the time and the season to make it our determined purpose to know our God and to be strong to resist the evil deception of the anti-Christ spirit, so we are not caught unawares and find ourselves ashamed at the imminent return of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
As a network, we are determined to continue the mission to encourage and persuade people all over the world to know the One True God, to abide in Him and have His Word abide in us - in order to have a clear conscience and not be ashamed at His coming.
1 John 2:28 says, “And now, little children, abide in Him, that when He appears, we may have confidence and not be ashamed before Him at His coming.”.
