Unity Through His Love

Paul encouraged the church in Corinth to stand united and firm in their faith. He recognized there were different personalities who formed the whole of the church. Yet Paul encouraged unity among the believers despite their differences. Our calls, gifts, and responsibilities are vast, and it will take all of us working together to accomplish representing Jesus and advancing His kingdom here on earth.

Comparison is deadly; so value each person and don’t miss seeing the Lord being expressed in and through them. We must choose to stand together on the truth that the love of God is so powerful, it motivated Him to send His only Son, Jesus Christ, into the world to not only save us from an eternity without Him, but to give us a life that is full of His love, power and blessing – to the point that it overflows! (John 10:10). And to come to the place where that same love continually flows into our hearts through the Holy Spirit (Romans 5:5) so that we are able to experience the fullness of that love for ourselves, letting it influence our faith, our thoughts, our words, and our actions.

It’s God’s unconditional love in us that will cause the world to recognize we belong to Jesus.
