There’s one thing that is evident in this world, things are always changing and altering. However, one thing we can put our full confidence in is the truth that our God never changes. He is a never-ending constant that can always be trusted!
He is reliable in all seasons of life, regardless of the ever-changing world around us. Our confidence lies in the steadfast authenticity of God’s Word. Hebrews 6:18-19 declares that God cannot lie, and His Word is a sure and steadfast anchor of the soul “… [it cannot slip and it cannot break down under whoever steps out upon it]…” And 2 Timothy 2:13 says, “…He remains true (faithful to His Word and His righteous character), for He cannot deny Himself.”
Since God is exceedingly good and His Word declares He is the same yesterday, today and forever – we can confidently rely on Him and expect all His promises to become our reality. So take Him and His Word to heart, let faith arise inside you and give it power to bring those promises into existence, as you speak words that line up with them. Remember, God’s Word never changes, neither does its power to produce! That’s how good He is to you!
