Hold Fast to Hope

It’s easy to believe and have hope when things are going well.  However, when circumstances look opposite to what we are praying for, we need to let our spirits take the lead.  Ephesians 1:18 says that the eyes of our hearts can be flooded with light, so that we can know and understand the hope we have in Christ. That hope is His rich and glorious inheritance for us!

What is that inheritance? It’s a guarantee that we can experience and enjoy the fulfilment of every promise in His Word – here and now!  But it’s only obtained through faith.  Faith sees God’s promises fulfilled when our natural eyes can’t. The Word instructs us to hold fast to this hope, until what has been promised becomes our natural reality! Keep your eyes fixed on the Lord, who is the author and finisher of your faith. Only let your words mirror what God’s Word has promised you. Then you will see the faithfulness of God come through – without fail!
