Living the life of faith takes courage. It takes courage to stand up against sickness and declare you are healed when the symptoms are telling you otherwise. It takes courage to stare poverty in the face and declare the blessing and provision of the Lord, as you give and believe for prosperity when your bank account looks depleted. It takes courage to stand your ground believing for any of God’s promises when they seem impossible in the natural. But we know that faith is first believing and then seeing! If we’re going to fight the good fight of faith, we need to be firmly rooted and established in Who God says He is, and what His word says we can have when we obey His principles and put our full trust in Him. Trust and obedience opens the way for us to confidently and courageously stand our ground in faith – until each and every promise becomes our natural reality. So be strong and courageous, don’t deviate from the truth, and you will succeed!
