As children of God in a fallen world, we have been given a wonderful privilege of hosting and carrying His Presence and being good stewards of His love, hope and power! This is His will for us. In these difficult times, where people everywhere are troubled about the future, we are supposed to be a source of hope for them – not mirror the hopelessness of those who don’t know Jesus. Many believers look to the future and long for Heaven, as if it’s their only hope or place of escape from the storms of life.
The truth is, when we understand who we are in this world – people who carry the atmosphere of heaven – our purpose here should concern us more than our end destination. Learn how to draw from and live in the Presence of God Who is inside you. Every day, allow time to have His Holy Spirit pour His love into your heart. Constantly fill your mind and heart with His Word and let its fadeless hope burn strong inside you.
We exist in God; we have been created to have our being in Him right now, right here, to do His will. We are to fill the earth with His goodness, hope, and glory – until He comes back for His victorious, radiant church. Live in Him, so He can do His will through you.
