The Lord Jesus Christ entered this world to offer us His life, as He saves us from our own. According to Galatians 2:20, Christ now lives in us; we no longer live our own lives. His completeness is now residing inside us. Since we have received all of Jesus into our spirit-man, we don’t need to receive any more of Him there. According to Colossians 2:9-10, we are complete in Him. 1 John 4:17 says that as He is, so are we in this world! Our purpose now, is to grow in the knowledge of Him, as we do, what He has placed inside our re-created spirits, begins to flow into every area of our lives. 2 Peter 1:2-3 says, “Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue.” As we grow in the knowledge of Jesus, His grace, which is His supernatural empowerment, and His peace, will begin to flow, unhindered, in our lives. This flow comes from His divine power that is in us and has supplied us with His fullness! This knowledge can only come from the Word of God, and it must be received as revelation knowledge through His Holy Spirit. Paul, in Ephesians 1:17-18 prayed for all believers when he said, “that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened…” Many believers still behave as though they are from this world, unaware that they are exactly like Jesus in their spirits. Being ignorant of who we are in Christ, of all we have because we are in Him, and of all we can do because He lives in us – keeps us from experiencing the fullness He saved us into. Today, you can live in the higher flow of His fullness as you meditate on what His Word says about being in Christ Jesus! Growing in the knowledge of Him will transform your life to experience what it really is to be complete in Him.
