It’s Yours!
After the Israelites eventually entered into their promised land and conquered every enemy army that stood in their way, the land was finally under Israelite control. The promise once made to Abraham had finally come to pass. Sadly, out of the twelve tribes, seven had not yet taken possession of their allotted grants of land. It was at that point, Joshua asked them, “How long are you going to wait before taking possession of the land the Lord, the God of our ancestors, has given to you?” (Joshua 18:3).
The Hebrew word for “possession” means to “claim”. In this case, God told them the land was theirs, they just had to go in and possess it! Just so, when we engage our faith in what God says is ours, we must lay claim to it by thanking Him for it and refusing to back down from our confession of faith – until it becomes our reality in the natural.
Today, engage your faith and take possession of the fullness of every divine promise made to you by God, Himself; because it’s yours!
