Psalm 46:4-5 (TPT): “God has a constantly flowing river whose sparkling streams bring joy and delight to His people. His river flows right through the city of God Most High, into His holy dwelling places. God is in the midst of His city, secure and never shaken. At daybreak His help will be seen with the appearing of the dawn.”
Since God is the source of supernatural strength and joy for His children, we can rely on the Holy Spirit to constantly refresh and strengthen us. Despite the storms, seemingly impossible to meet deadlines or overwhelming obstacles we might face – we have a sure hope that never fades. When we choose to listen attentively to the voice of the Holy Spirit, He will gently and clearly guide us, like a flowing river, along the paths God has set out for our lives. There is a sweet place of peace and clarity where we find ourselves carried along in His comfort and guidance by His enabling strength. When our thoughts flow in harmony with the Word of God, and our hearts are fixed on trusting Him, we will remain secure and not be shaken. His love and power will keep us moving forward, overcoming every obstacle with grace and joy. Choose to journey with Jesus today.
