When our hearts and minds are consistently fixed on the goodness of God, it produces a great expectation and faith for more of the same. When we testify of His good character in our lives, we invite Him to do it again! We begin to operate in faith that is based upon the steadfast character of God, and His faithfulness to keep His promises Don’t allow yourself to be caught up in past disappointments or breakthroughs you haven’t yet seen.
Rather, give your attention to the good things God has already filled your life with; and the kindness and tender mercies He keeps pouring into your life every single day! Keep your words filled with gratitude and thanksgiving, and align yourself with His will. This is how we allow the kingdom of heaven to manifest in our lives, and influence everything around us.
If we would just turn our attention to the goodness of God, it would be difficult to live contrary to Him. So instead of focusing on what’s negative, give yourself to intentional praise and God’s kingdom will begin to reign in your life – displaying righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost!
