Today the victory that Christ won over sin, sickness, death and the grave is just as real as it was the day He rose from the dead! If you let that truth sink in for a moment, you’ll realize that no matter what it brings, Jesus has already won this day for you. Victory is already yours! It’s the power of the finished work of the Cross that brings us into victory; and it’s not just a one-time victory but a perpetual, constant and everlasting victory. The same declaration Jesus made when He breathed His last on the Cross, saying “It is finished”, echoes into any challenge you may face today. Know that you have the Spirit of victory living inside you. You have the Spirit of eternal wisdom and understanding at your disposal! And you have the Prince of Peace reigning over your heart and mind. No wonder the Word tells us to give thanks and rejoice in the Lord always! You and I will never run out of victories, as long as we remain in Him and stay vitally connected to the life of His Spirit and His Word. He leads us from one victory to the next!
