We were created to be the recipients of God’s power – to be carriers of His creative nature and authority. Even though sin got in the way of that purpose for a moment in time, it didn’t have the power to keep it from becoming a reality again! Jesus made a way for us to become God’s habitation here on earth.
We are His temple, overflowing with His life and peace and joy – and radiating His love and compassion to others. His Word is our foundation and anchor of our souls. It’s in His Spirit that we live and move and have our being! As our hearts are filled with thanksgiving, our mouths are filled with praise – which becomes a powerful, formidable weapon against the enemy and every scheme he hurls against us.
Know today that since Jesus Christ is your personal Lord and Saviour, and His Holy Spirit resides within you, you have His resurrection power within you – ready to bring the atmosphere of heaven into every area of your life. So activate that power as you yield to His Spirit and ask Him to turn up that power with a fresh baptism of His Spirit right now! You will find He is more than enough for anything and everything you face today.
