Once we accept Jesus, by faith, as our Lord and Savior, He not only forgives our sin but declares us righteous before the Father. The blood of Jesus was freely shed for us, proving to be a most valuable gift as it justifies us, bringing us into right standing with God. This same blood carries the power to heal us of all sickness and disease, and free us from all oppression from the enemy. The only requirement to access all the benefits pertaining to the blood of Jesus is a believing heart that surrenders to His Lordship. Of course, our ignorance of its power will prevent us from living in the full reality of its benefits. If you don’t know the freedom you have by the blood of Jesus, the devil will do his best to convince you you’re not worthy of God’s forgiveness or goodness. He’ll make you think you should settle for less than what Jesus paid the price for you to have. God loved you so much that He sent His only begotten Son to take away your sin, your sickness, your pain, your lack of peace, and your suffering on the cross. Because of Jesus, you are forgiven; healed; free of pain, and filled with peace!
