Every person that has called upon the name of the Lord is saved and anointed with the ministry of reconciliation. The power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ snatched us out of the kingdom of darkness and placed us into the kingdom of God – where we have been given a new identity, a new family, and a rich inheritance! That same power that saved, delivered, and redeemed us – resides powerfully inside us to reach out and offer the same to anyone we share this gospel with.
We carry the Spirit of Jesus Christ in us, along with His saving power to bring others into a glorious new life in God! This is the ministry of reconciliation we have been given by Jesus Himself! It’s not our responsibility to make people believe, only the Holy Spirit can change a heart. However, as we work in partnership with Him, He will use us to reach the lost.
Today, trust the Holy Spirit to lead you to be His ambassador, to reconcile others to Him. There is a world full of people, desperate to receive the hope and life we have in Jesus – freely we have received, so freely we must live to give.
