Blessed to be a Blessing

2 Corinthians 9:8 (NKJV): “And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.”

According to scripture, the Lord takes pleasure in seeing His children prosper and not be in lack. He is a good Father and delights in seeing all our needs provided for (Psalm 35:27). His supernatural provision is laid up in the biblical principle of sowing and reaping, or seed time and harvest. Throughout the Word this financial principle is taught. When we give financial seed into His kingdom interests, He guarantees a bountiful return on that investment into our lives (Luke 6:38). God’s promise of an abundant financial harvest is not for personal, selfish gain however; it’s to empower us to bless others while we advance His kingdom agenda. It takes money to do great things for the Lord, and He has promised to generously fund every good work when we apply His financial principle of giving. Our cheerful, grateful giving, with hearts full of faith, enables us to be a greater blessing than we ever imagined possible. Be encouraged to keep the flow of giving and receiving alive in your life so God can use you as a channel to bless the world!
