The story of Joseph is a wonderful example of how God works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. (Romans 8:28). In spite of all the suffering and rejection he faced, God stayed with Joseph and caused him to prosper and succeed and become a great blessing even to those who rejected him.
1 Peter 5:10 promises: “…after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace [Who imparts all blessing and favour], Who has called you to His [own] eternal glory in Christ Jesus, will Himself complete and make you what you ought to be, establish and ground you securely, and strengthen, and settle you.” Don’t lose heart or drawback into despair when things get tough while you are being faithful and obedient.
Keep your eyes fixed on the Lord, press on doing what is right, and He will establish, strengthen, and settle you in the position of success and blessing He planned for you to be in. Walk-in this promise and believe that He is in the process of making all things work together for your good, and ensuring that countless others come to His marvellous light through your faithfulness.
