Everything we will ever need is found in Jesus. He is our life, our peace, our joy, our comfort. He is our protector, our healer, our redeemer, and deliverer. When we truly know Him, we experience all these things and more. It’s no wonder the Psalmist wrote how His lovingkindness is better than life, and that He is our portion in this life.
Since everything good, true and worthy comes from and exists in Him, our intimately knowing Jesus means those very things can flow in and through us too. Our knowing the Person of Jesus, through His Holy Spirit, changes everything about us, making us whole and perfectly complete in Him.
This is God’s gift to us – knowing and experiencing Him through knowing and experiencing His Son. Take time to meditate on this today and let His Presence flood and flow through you, bringing life and peace to every part of your being.
