God’s children are destined for a life of victory – not defeat and failure. Our life in Christ is not for bitterness or frustration, but for triumphant fulfillment. Of course, there is no overcoming without conflict or challenges. But God has secured our constant victory when we choose to welcome His Word into our hearts, and constantly surrender to His Holy Spirit’s energizing and transforming work in our lives. When we hold fast to the truth we read, obey and share from the conviction of our hearts, we will be more than a match to any opposing force. So when defeat or failure threatens to overwhelm you, cling to the God you know, and trust in the truth that keeps you strong and victory will be yours every time!
