The Great Rewarder

This walk of faith requires commitment! When we accept Jesus, our life of faith begins, and we live according to the Word of God. Romans 4:22 says that Abraham’s faith was credited to him as righteousness! God established a covenant between Himself and Abraham, and because Abraham was fully committed, fully persuaded and did not waver in his faith, he saw the promises of God fulfilled in his life. What God does in and through you is determined by how much you are willing to commit your whole life to Him, and yield to His Holy Spirit in you. He has committed Himself to walking with you and in you, and He desires to lead you. The question is, “Are you prepared to go all in, and surrender all areas of your life to Him?”. Reading through Hebrews chapter 11, we find accounts of ordinary men and women who performed exploits for God, because they trusted Him and were fully committed to obey Him.  We are well able to imitate these men and women of faith because we have already laid down our lives for Christ and live by His faith and His power that’s at work in us, infusing us with inner strength. As you commit to obeying the Lord, expect to see Him perform great and mighty things in and through your life today!
