In Mark 4:11, Jesus said there is a mystery of the Kingdom of God that we have been given to know, and not just know about but experience! Then in Colossians 1:26 it describes this mystery as a secret that has been kept, hidden in God (Ephesians 3:2), since the world began and is now made manifest! In Colossians 1:27 Paul reveals this mystery as: Christ in us, the hope of glory!The Spirit of Christ living inside our inner-man gives us access to a higher way of living, a life far above all the plans of the enemy and circumstances of this world! That’s because everything that is locked up in God, is locked up in us! The word glory implies the heavy, weightiness of everything that makes God – God. His goodness, His righteousness, His love, His power, His peace, His joy and His victory! Even His wisdom and knowledge is available to us because we are in Christ (Colossians 2:3). We can have a sure expectation to live this way. However, we must make a moment by moment choice to step into that reality by having a single focused attention on our new life in Christ, and off of our old sinful nature. We must choose to look at every situation through eyes of faith, to look past the physical and see into the realm of the Spirit. This is the way God wants us to live! Faith in God makes all things possible, and releases the hand of God to move on our behalf! The mystery has been revealed to us, the hope of glory, the power and authority of Heaven has been placed on the inside of us, now choose to live in all He has for you!
