The Bible tells us that God existed before all things, and in Him all things are held together. Since they originate and exist in Him, we can expect them to be good and perfect – just as He is good and perfect. As long as we are completely yielded to the Spirit of God, and led by His ageless wisdom in every detail of our lives, we will be enriched in every way.
This is a moment-by-moment choice we have to make every day of our lives. While we can make our own plans, and even successfully accomplish them, they will never compare to what God has had planned for us before time began. No matter how insignificant simple obedience may seem in the moment, understand it sets us securely in the path of a far greater destiny than we could have ever achieved on our own.
We have the responsibility to do all the Word instructs and keep in close fellowship with the Holy Spirit, allowing Him to reveal and work these wonderful plans and purposes He has placed within us. As we actively follow His perfect guidance and continuously surrender to His perfect will, He will bring promotion, success and favour into every area of our lives.
