Before the first day of creation, God’s Word was. His speaking it out brought creation into existence. According to the Bible, the Word of the Lord, spoken from our mouths has the same creative power! That is, providing we are speaking it with faith that rises up from within our re-created spirits. Hebrews 1 says that faith has the power to bring what exists in the spirit realm, right into the natural realm. It’s one thing to speak God’s Word; it’s an entirely different thing to speak it with faith!
Faith is supernatural; it changes mere natural knowledge of God’s Word into what we sincerely believe – that’s when the Word becomes alive and powerful inside us. Then, when we speak it out, it ALWAYS produces what it says! 2 Corinthians 4:13 says: “Yet we have the same spirit of faith as he had who wrote, I have believed, and therefore have I spoken. We too believe, and therefore we speak…”
As a child of God, speaking the Word of God by faith causes its supernatural promises to be manifest in your natural world. It’s time to imitate your Heavenly Father, and speak His Word in faith – changing this world, one powerful promise at a time!
